With broad experience in a wide range of litigation matters, Nick’s diverse practice gives him the expertise and experience to obtain the best possible results for our clients.
Nicholas is a Partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group where he focuses on commercial litigation and risk management. He has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Federal Court of Canada. Nicholas has acquired considerable experience in litigation and strategies related to complex litigation matters and his practice involves all aspects of commercial litigation, from advice to representing clients before the courts.
Nicholas joined the firm as a student in 2015 and became a member of the Alberta Bar in 2016. He earned his J.D. from Thompsons Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia. While in law school, he volunteered his time at the Legal Information Centre at Thompson Rivers University. He is also a graduate of the Journalism Program at Mount Royal University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Calgary.
Outside of the office, Nicholas enjoys the Rockies and has a passion for military history and international travel.
