Dawson completed his law school studies at the University of Alberta. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business from Dalhousie University where he also competed as a varsity soccer player. While attending school, Dawson was recognized with the Dalhousie Alumni Leadership Scholarship, the Alexander Rutherford Scholarship and was the recipient of athletic scholarships.
At law school, Dawson was actively involved with Student Legal Services, particularly in the Civil Law Project, where he assisted with case files, conducted client intakes and supported individuals navigating the justice system.
A passionate soccer player, Dawson also spent a year abroad in Málaga, Spain playing at a semi-professional club where he developed essential skills such as self-motivation, time management, and personal accountability.
Dawson’s combination of academic achievement, community service and international experience makes him a strong addition to the firm.
