Alicia completed her law school studies at the University of Alberta. During law school, she gained valuable legal experience with the Advisor Office for Alberta Workers’ Compensation. She further developed her skills in legal reasoning and advocacy as an Associate Chief Tribune on the Discipline, Interpretation, and Enforcement Board. Alicia also served the university community as a Co-President of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers – University of Alberta Chapter, where she led mentorship initiatives, organized cultural events, and fostered community for underrepresented law students at the University of Alberta.
Outside of law, Alicia is an avid participant in spin and yoga classes and enjoys film photography. She is also a committed reader. Alicia speaks conversational Khmer.
